Top Marketing warranties all clothing from our site of any defect. This must be reported to us immediately upon receipt of your order. Clothing must be intact, have not been worn and tags must be kept on all garments. In addition, we may request a photo of the item or issue you are inquiring about to confirm the damage. Clothing damages due to use, cleaning and neglect will not be exchanged. Top Marketing reserves the right to inspect and review all items that are returned to us prior to allowing or declining an exchange. Defective or damaged hard goods are to be reported to us immediately upon arrival of your order. Size exchanges – We allow one size exchange at no extra cost. Further exchanges must be returned to us at your expense.
